It is one of the famous Chinese cuisine in Batu Pahat. The “Char Siu” which means roasted pork meat is seasoned with specially made BBQ sauce and honey. It tastes juicy and crunchy at the same time. Often served with white rice.
Nasi Briyani is the one of the famous Indian Cuisine in Batu Pahat. It is another rice based dish prepared with spices. Usually served with curry chicken or lamb. Besides that, the dish also comes with “achar” (pickled vegetables and pineapple) and Dhal sauce.

Ban Chang Kuih is a type of Chinese pancake filled with roasted peanuts, sugar and cream corn. Its crust is made from flour and eggs. There are two types of Ban Chang Kuih, which are the thick and spongy or the thin and crispy crust. Both taste good and authentic especially when they are freshly made from the pan !

Specially-Made QQ Noddles
The noodle dish consists of dumplings, thin slices of pork meat and vegetables. Wonton noodles is a type of thin egg noodles which is springy after blanched in hot water. The noodles is then seasoned with special sauces like light soy sauce, oyster sauce or shallot oil. It tastes heavenly good with pickled green chillies. Bon appetit !
